The target for OnDigital Pro is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

OnDigital Pro does not yet meet that target, and this statement does not claim conformance. The 2026-09-28 assessment found 27 issues in the workbench: 2 critical, 15 major and 10 minor. They are being fixed. Fixes are made in order of impact, and this statement is updated when the list changes.

Scope: the signed-in workbench, the sign-in page and these two public pages (Help and this statement). OnDigital Pro is a tool for agency operators and their colleagues, not a public website.

Testing was done on 2026-09-28 against the live workbench, read-only (no client data was changed).

• Automated scans. axe-core 4.13.0 with the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules plus best-practice rules, on 111 page states: the public pages, 68 workbench views at desktop width, the header menus, the command palette, 18 dialogs, dark-mode emulation, and phone and 320 px widths. Lighthouse and HTML CodeSniffer were used for spot checks.
• Scripted keyboard and layout checks. Tab walks, focus outline visibility and contrast, dialog focus trapping and return, reflow at 320 CSS px (400% zoom equivalent), text-spacing override, target size, and emulated reduced-motion and forced-colors settings.
• Browser. Chromium 149 only.

Automated checks reported no violations on 52 of 74 desktop and public scans. That does not mean those views are accessible: several of the issues below occur on views that passed the automated scan.

• סריקות אוטומטיות. axe-core גרסה 4.13.0 עם כללי WCAG 2.0, 2.1 ו-2.2 ברמות A ו-AA וכללי שיטות עבודה מומלצות, על 111 מצבי עמוד: הדפים הציבוריים, 68 תצוגות של סביבת העבודה ברוחב שולחן עבודה, תפריטי הכותרת, לוח הפקודות, 18 חלונות, הדמיית מצב כהה, ורוחבי טלפון ו-320 פיקסלים. בנוסף נעשו בדיקות נקודתיות עם Lighthouse ועם HTML CodeSniffer.
• בדיקות מקלדת ופריסה בסקריפטים. מעבר במקש Tab, נראות וניגודיות של מסגרת המיקוד, לכידת מיקוד בחלונות והחזרתו, זרימת תוכן ברוחב 320 פיקסלי CSS (שווה ערך להגדלה של 400%), שינוי ריווח טקסט, גודל יעדי מגע, והדמיית הגדרות של הפחתת תנועה וצבעים מאולצים.
• דפדפן. Chromium 149 בלבד.

הבדיקות האוטומטיות לא דיווחו על הפרות ב-52 מתוך 74 סריקות של שולחן עבודה ושל הדפים הציבוריים. אין זה אומר שהתצוגות האלה נגישות: כמה מהבעיות שלהלן קיימות בתצוגות שעברו את הסריקה האוטומטית.

• Screen readers have not been tested. NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack were not run. Nothing on this page is a screen-reader result. Issues marked as needing screen-reader verification may change in severity once that testing is done.
• Firefox, Safari, Edge, and real iOS and Android devices.
• Windows High Contrast on Windows (only emulated).
• A manual review by a certified accessibility tester.
• Documents generated for clients: the HTML and PDF report, CSV and JSON exports, and llms.txt.
• Error handling, session expiry and account lockout flows.

These issues are open and being remediated. Some may already be fixed in a later release; this list is re-issued with the statement.

Most serious

• Many form fields have no accessible name, for example fields on the Settings view, the per-town checkboxes in Service areas, and some drop-down lists. A screen reader may announce them only as an unnamed control.
• The keyboard focus outline is very hard to see on the header bar and on two Triage buttons, so it is difficult to tell where focus is.

Significant

• The header does not reflow at 320 px wide (400% zoom) and forces horizontal scrolling.
• Placeholder text and the borders of input fields have too little contrast, and many inputs rely on a placeholder instead of a visible label.
• Some Edit and Delete icon buttons are about 15 px, smaller than the 24 px minimum target size.
• The accessible names of some buttons do not contain their visible text, which affects voice-control users.
• Hebrew client content is not marked as Hebrew for assistive technology.
• The header identity block and the key-figures timestamp may be announced repeatedly (awaiting screen-reader verification).
• Secondary text on the sign-in page has too little contrast against its background.
• Some scrollable areas cannot be scrolled with the keyboard.
• The command palette has structural problems, and the number of results is not announced.

Minor

• A few small text labels are slightly below the contrast minimum, some table headers are empty, and some views have more than one top-level heading or skip heading levels.
• The map region has no accessible name, and its attribution link is distinguished by colour only.
• On phones the group tabs and the sub-tab band are horizontal scroll strips; their keyboard use, focus handling and clipping under increased text spacing have not been re-checked since the navigation was rebuilt. The header logo text alternative reads "Agency logo".

• חלק מכפתורי הסמלים של עריכה ומחיקה הם בגודל של כ-15 פיקסלים, קטן מגודל היעד המינימלי של 24 פיקסלים.
• השמות הנגישים של חלק מהכפתורים אינם כוללים את הטקסט הגלוי שלהם, דבר שפוגע במשתמשים בשליטה קולית.
• תוכן לקוח בעברית אינו מסומן כעברית עבור טכנולוגיות מסייעות.
• בלוק הזהות בכותרת וחותמת הזמן של נתוני המפתח עלולים להיות מוכרזים שוב ושוב (ממתין לאימות בקורא מסך).
• לטקסט המשני בדף ההתחברות אין מספיק ניגודיות מול הרקע.
• אי אפשר לגלול בחלק מהאזורים הגלילים באמצעות המקלדת.
• ללוח הפקודות יש בעיות מבנה, ומספר התוצאות אינו מוכרז.

משניות

• כמה תוויות טקסט קטנות נמצאות מעט מתחת למינימום הניגודיות, בחלק מהטבלאות יש כותרות ריקות, ובחלק מהתצוגות יש יותר מכותרת ראשית אחת או דילוג על רמות כותרת.
• לאזור המפה אין שם נגיש, וקישור הייחוס שלו מובחן בצבע בלבד.
• בטלפון לשוניות הקבוצות ורצועת לשוניות המשנה הן רצועות גלילה אופקיות; השימוש בהן במקלדת, ניהול המיקוד וחיתוך בעת הגדלת ריווח הטקסט לא נבדקו מחדש מאז שהניווט נבנה מחדש. החלופה הטקסטואלית של הלוגו בכותרת היא טקסט אנגלי כללי ולא שם המותג.

These were observed in the tests above. They are observations, not a claim of conformance.

• A skip link is the first tab stop and moves focus to the main content.
• Buttons and links are native elements, and the top-navigation group tabs and the More menu expose their expanded or selected state.
• The seven dialogs tested trap focus, close with Esc and return focus to where it was.
• The sign-in form has labelled fields and correct autofill hints, and allows pasting.
• Reduced-motion and forced-colors settings are respected, and nothing flashes or plays automatically.
• Switching to Hebrew sets the page language and right-to-left direction.
